NO NO NO If you want to do that (and I think it's the best way) then you should use server-side scripting, or pass the flag from page to page (maybe in a cookie [yuk]) and use javascript [yuk again]. Frames will break on text only browsers - especially those intended for blind users like screen readers and braille displays.
