Yes, that is what _Help_ states when you select it but if you look at the info. in Yast -- see the susepaste image -- _Help_ is installed.
Those don't look like help files to me. More to the point, I have that installed and when i run LO F1 doens't give me help. The proof likes there, demonstrably!
