I forgot about Omega. I also talked to one of my former colleagues at the American Mathematical Society and he says that the STIX fonts work out of the box with XeTeX and LuaTeX. He also said breaking them down into fonts that are 8 bit encoded is in the works. So, these might be incorporated into TeX Live 17 in which case they'll make it to openSUSE.
