I gave a (potential) customer the evaluation version of 6.3. Now he returns with a problem. He says that Linux boots, and he gets the first box where he can choose Alt-W (as in German Weiter, why isn't it in English??) When he chooses this option, the system either hangs or loops. Anyway, nothing happens for him. After 15 minutes, he gives up. The computer may be a bit "strange" as there are two SCSI controllers, one of those is a "strange" controller. But how come that the problem arises on that particular point in time? I would have guessed that if there's a driver problem, it will hang on boot. Can I tell YaST2 not to look for this controller?
