Use the create_package_descr that is availble from sourceforge. Best use the RPM that is there.
Thanks. That worked. I also updated the opensuse.org page on makeSUSEdvd to tell people to download the latest package from SF. But I still have a bug:
title Installation of SUSE 10.1-0 root ,7) kernel /samjnaa/dload/suse-linux-10.1-rc3/CD_DIR/boot/i386/loader/linux showopts splash=silent vga=0x317 initrd /samjnaa/dload/suse-linux-10.1-rc3/CD_DIR/boot/i386/loader/initrd
The above is what mSd gave me to enter into my GRUB menu.lst file, but the root entry is broken.
The reason is that /boot/grub/device.map is `chmod 600` or only readable as root. If you do a chmod 644 on that file (Not wise and unsecure, most likely) it will work. So unfortunatly you must look it up and fill out yourself for now. If I don't find a solution, I will edit the message. I am also working on a complete overhaul of the script. It will make a gpg key if none is available. You can selct what key to use for signing, You can work interactively and even use ~/.makeSUSEdvdrc Also it will check if your create_package_descr supports -C and install it if not. Now working on a Peronal.sel file if you use -a and making your complete own iso, after you have edited/made *.sel files and added/removed RPMs. houghi -- Nutze die Zeit.
