[opensuse] openSUSE 10.3 & 2.6.23

Does anyone know if there will be a quick upgrade to kernel 2.6.23 soon after openSUSE 10.3 is released? If I am not mistaken 2.6.23 will have the new scheduler and hopefully make linux a little more responsive.. Any news?
