It's related with kernel parameter.
That is, I think, adding the line to the /etc/default/grub ;
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="loglevel=3 snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0"
then,
sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
reboot
is the first step.
Second,
# echo "options snd-intel-dspcfg dsp_driver=1" > /etc/modprobe.d/50-sound.conf
mightbe a solution.
But, this is the solution for kernel 5.4 on after's sound
problem... (_ _?
Anyway, could you show me the results of;
1. unamae -r
2. sudo fuser /dev/snd/*
3. cat /etc/modprobe.d/50-sound.conf
