The mixer settings in kmix seemed ok, but when I used YaST, it came up with the PCM slider all the way down. Raised it and since then sound works fine in flash videos.
The PCM slider is available on the Kmix tray-applet. Just click the Mix button. You can also select which slider will be equated to the single slider shown on the Kmix applet by right-clicking the applet. Often this should be set to PCM and the other sliders set to something that sounds good. With some of the intel sound chips it takes a lot of experimentation to determine which channel to equate to the Kmix slider. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
