All he will do is to force proper bug handling and civil tone in the messages that will not kill reporters will to continue reporting bugs.
That sounds reasonable, thanks. However... Perhaps I did not explain my self too well. By "forcing" I meant that reporting a bug to him, feels like forcing it. I should be able to report by using standard channels, and not having to appeal to someone in higher authority. To me it looks like if I abuse of him. I don't want special treatment. I want normal and fair treatment. I don't want to have to fight bureaucracy, either. I want to simply report a bug normally. Perhaps have a defined escalation procedure defined in the bugzilla system, a mediator, which is different from knowing the name of someone higher up.
