I'm asking because I was having a discussion about various linux versions w/ someone from the "Windows World" who was giving me a lot of static because "You can't watch a DVD right out of the box like you can w/ Windows" And proceeded down that path til it was more than obvious; I was wasting my time.
However I ordered the boxed set, and just got the word that it should be here early next week, and I don't remember anyone saying that the "out of the box" music and DVDs, which "just play".. So I thought I'd check w/ you warriors and wizards, as either, one ( at least !) of you knows the answer. ;- D
The boxed editions of openSUSE 11.0 will not play normal encrypted movie
DVDs out of the box.
You can, however, use a 1-Click Install to allow your system to play
these movies:
