Seriously? It's that object at the bottom of your screen, where you can switch between applications with just a mouse click, and start new ones with only 2 or 3 of them -- or just one, if you add a link to an app into the object.
There's no alpha-sorting option on the bar at the bottom of my desktop
What part of "Right-click on the task bar, click on 'Configure Task Manager'" do you not understand?
