Hi, I just received some IBM x346 and I have the same problem. Once I enabled HostRaid I cannot install or run SuSE 9.2. I went to the IBM site, to the Adaptec site as well as the SuSE site and I did not find drivers specifically for SuSE 9.2 Pro, I did however find drivers for SLES 9. Will these work for SuSE 9.2 Pro? If not, is there a solution for this problem? Can anybody help!!! Clemente On Tuesday 22 February 2005 11:18, Dirk.Laurenz@fujitsu-siemens.com wrote:
Hi,
there're drivers for hostraid. You can download them from the adaptec site. They aren't opensource and therefor not part of the kernel distribution. This is the problem you have, not a bug.
