Slightly OT: Best way to do/send HTML newsletter?

Hello All, I have a question for you all that maybe someone can point me in the right direction: I need to send out a HTML newsletter (embedded in the message) and I need to know the best way to do this. I'm not sure where I should start, but I was hoping someone on this list may have experience or information to point me somewhere. Any help is appreciated.
