Unfortunately, I still can't install KDE 3.0.4 because it no longer shows up in the list of available updates in YOU. Any ideas? Can I make somehow force it to recognize the KDE-3.0.4 upgrade package?
kde-3.0.4 is available for download, but appearantly not via YOU. In that case you can e.g. use the Advanced Package Tool (apt) to get kde upgraded. In case kdelibs is still broken, make sure that you "hold" or "pin" kdelibs to its current version. use RPM { HOLD { "kdelibs"; }} in /etc/apt/apt.conf more about apt at http://linux01.gwdg.de/apt4rpm -- Richard
