On bootup I get the following failure message:
/dev/hdb9 on /windows/E type vfat (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev,iocharset=iso8859-1,umask=0) failed<notice>'boot.localfs start' exits with status 0
However, the /windows/E drive gets mounted anyway and works as it should. I have another Windows drive with an identical mount configuration that doesn't produce such a failure message.
What's going on?
Can you post the relevant lines from /etc/fstab?
/dev/hdb6 /windows/D vfat user,iocharset=iso8859-1,users,rw,umask=0 0 0 /dev/hdb9 /windows/E vfat user,iocharset=iso8859-1,users,rw,umask=0 0 0 0 0 First one sails by, second one gives error message but /windows/E is available nevertheless.
