All,
I rarely work on html pages, but I need to update a couple.
I'm running 11.3 with KDE 4.5
Is there a html editor for it yet?
If not, will 4.6 have one?
Thanks Greg
Greg, I have always had the best luck with Quanta+. Syntax highlighting and tag insertion is the best I've used. I don't know, but it seem like there was going to be a working port for KDE4 over 2 years ago. If there is no Quanta for KDE4, then kate works fine. It has most of the tag help plus the syntax highlighting is identical. My experience with the so called wysiwyg stuff is: wysiwyg = wysi(not)wyg It has always taken more time to sort out wysiwyg editor errors than it did to just code (or edit) the page in Quanta or kate. I know kde45 has kate albeit sloppily laid out... it works. -- David C.
