I just ordered this laptop. Of course, it's preloaded w/Vista and other bloatware. Any issues getting OS 10.2 installed? ...
Not sure how relevant, but I have A105-4324. Dual core 64 bit. I have troubles with the video driver (X mode changes freeze the whole machine and force a power cycle--I just use hibernate instead of logout and I get by) I also have some troubles that I suspect might be due to dual-core nature (but can't prove, naturally enough). It dies randomly if it runs a guest OS under VMware workstation 5.5.
Hope your's is fun :)
Cheers, Simon

I have discovered VirtualBox which I posted the original message in under OpenSuSE 10.2 in a virtualbox under Vista. (Using an Asus M3N< haven't got the Toshiba yet) It's free and it looks very promising. This I am posting under Firefox 2.0.0.2 for Vista as IE7 gets immed- iately denied --Keith -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
