Weird problem, have you ever had it working before (other distro, older driver)? Maybe you could try an older driver from the NVidia ftp site. You should also try mailing NVidia about the problem.

TTry the attched XF86Config file. Works like a charm. Sax2 has issues w/ NVidia crads
