What type of remote machines (OS)?
opensuse 10.3 also.
I'm not sure if with krfb/krdc you can do this. You can attach to an existing session though. For what you want, to actually open a remote sesson, then close the connection, and later to reconnect, you can use nxserver (there is free version, but closed source: http://www.nomachine.com/), or GPLed version freenx (http://freenx.berlios.de/). There are freenx (server and client) packages in opensuse 10.3 repositories. There are also wiki pages: for NX: <http://en.opensuse.org/Remote_Access_to_SUSE#Nx> for freenx: <http://en.opensuse.org/FreeNX_Server_HOWTO> Cheers -- Svetoslav Milenov (Sunny) Even the most advanced equipment in the hands of the ignorant is just a pile of scrap. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
