Another solution is to run kpackage in console as root.
Its very easy from the first time I used it.

Hi there
I bought suse linux 7.3 for long time ago and I don't know how can I send to you my message and I called suse company and I found how can I send
My porblem is: I can't install KDE to my machine and I download all the files RPM but I don't know how can I install this kind of fills because it showed error when I install it and could you please tell me how can I solve it and this link you will see a picture of my linux and you can see the error. http://everybody.jeeran.com/weite.jpg where can I find my answer
from your screenshot it appears that you are perhaps already running a=20 version of kde (probably 2.something if I remember).
The error shown in your screenshot is telling you that the file you are=20 trying to install (arts-1.0.0-2.i386.rpm) does not exist. Did you=20 download this file when you downloaded the others? If not, then that=20 will be your next step.
If I recall yast will allow you to install a whole directory of files at=20 one time but its been awhile since I used it, and I don't remember well=20 enough todescribe how you would do it.
