Gimp does a lot for retouching but I have yet to find a way to fix focus problems.
Can an out of focus photo be fixed with gimp??
I suppose it depends how far out of focus the photo is. If the problem is slight, I have been able to get a photo to appear sharper using Filters | Enhance | Sharpen (I think the default is 10%, which seems to do the trick for me). I suspect all it is doing is kicking up the contrast slightly, but it has made some pics look nicer. - Thomas Long -- Using SuSE Linux 8.2
