I often put my laptop into hibernation and never for that reason lose my routing configuration. (Rebooting a different case though.)
Oh sure, me too. A few times a day - but I only use one network interface, ever.
I tested with leap 42.3 last night. I closed my ssh connections and Tbird,
but left FF, konsole, konqueror and kate running (only local files open in
kate, none via the sftp_kioslave) and then put the laptop to sleep. Both wlan0
and eth0 are configured. The box woke up just fine and back to wlan0 without
issue (eth0 was not connected).
