Yep, I would go with imap and I would setup an internal irc server that people could connect to. Windows people could use mIRC and Linux people could use everything from xchat to ircII..this would be the best solution because AIM and ICQ are HUGE security risks...the packets are easy to sniff and going through external servers is just silly. :) --> The first is, what in your opinions is the best way to make a linux box -->running pine and a windows box running whatever to share the same mail -->folders for particular users?
