Yes, it looks like the file has been dropped from the package with the introduction of GNOME2. SuSE 8.0 still had it.
I think it's because of a mistake in the spec file for the SuSE RPM, I'll build it when I get to work on Monday, and see if I can get fixed packages on www.usr-local-bin.org by the end of the day.
