According to my (TW) changelog it was introduced with 1.1.91 * Tue Jul 19 2016 dimstar@opensuse.org - Update to version 1.1.91: + Added support for detecting duplicate IPv4 addresses, with a timeout configurable through the ipv4.dad-timeout connection property.
