[opensuse] System Guard does not display system information

I have recently installed openSuSE 11.0 with KDE 3.5. I have noticed that the System Guard, run as an applet in the KDE panel no longer displays system information (user, system, nice loads). I assume that I need to start a daemon to have these informations displayed.
