I upgraded from 8.1 to 8.2 some time ago. My onboard Via686a was working fine with SuSE 8.1. Now however with SuSE 8.2 when I play a sound, you can hear small cracks through it. What should I do to fix this? Thanks in advance.
I'd start piddlin' with the sliders in alsamixergui. It's like having a nice big grqaphics equalizer and you may need to 'tune' everything to be just right. They won't need fresh food for 3 months now. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+0B8cH5oDXyLKXKQRAhJUAKCRnAm2xY5L08oA+tcBbcXrEPsBFgCgt2YZ Ii+P4E24RJiZ/NlLlijCXf4= =BgWd -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
