[opensuse] Install SUSE on win 10 maching

I've tried everything I found on the web for installing linux on a window 10 machine, nothing works. Here are details. Machine DELL Inspirion 23 Mdel 5348. i5. Delivered with 8.1, upgraded to 10 Secure boot : Disabled Boot Sequence: USB device ... Advanced Boot Option: Enabled Lagacy Boot SUSE 13.2 live on usb flash drive First try after making the above settings. ERROR: Boot device not found. Press any key to restart Restarted with F12 depressed USB boot choice highlighted. Pressed enter. ERROR: Boot device failed. Press any key to restart. What more is there to try?
