You may got a power problem caused by the auto-suspend feature.
Maybe, you will get '2' by this;
$ cat /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend
This means that auto-suspend is enabled.
If so,
1. edit /etc/default/grub
add "sbcore.autosuspend=-1" to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT line.
2, then
$ sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
3, reboot
