Improvement *must* have been dramatic and I know that it has had *several* updates in the last three months. I use it constantly, especially to copy photographs I have processed from my box to an onsite windoz xp box and an offsite windows xp box. The only time I have a problem is when the wireless connection degrades.
I was using Krusader years ago, but with time mc took over :-) It is simple fact that if you don't handle many images than GUI is not imperative, and than mc faster response is attractive enough to make it primary file manager. Thanks for information, I'll try it again, as soon as I get 10.3 alpha 2 working ;-) New libata is great thing if grub would be able to have device map with 2 entries for each hard disk one hdX and one sdX, now I will try to put grub on /dev/sdb1 (new name for hdb1) and use chainloader +1, but that is topic for another thread in factory. -- Regards, Rajko. http://en.opensuse.org/Portal -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
