Hi,
I am having a problem to mount an nfs share from a SLES11 server to a client SLES12 (SLES11 to SLES11 works fine)
The server side is a SLES11 with the following export:
/home/myfolder *(rw,no_subtree_check,no_root_squash,async)
The client side is a SLES12 SP2 and when having mounted it gives the following error:
# mount server:/home/myfolder /mnt
mount.nfs: mount system call failed
* No firewall enabled on the server or on the client and both are on the same network (no problem with dns, firewall, etc... )
Any tips?
Use the -v option of mount? Do you have other evidence that the NFS client and server subsystems are working properly? Is there anything in nfs logs? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
