Nope - I installed v10.1 on a PPro 200Mhz with 128MB EDO RAM and a slow 4GB IDE and I had a desktop in about 5 minutes. Now, A 486SX-25 with 32MB RAM would be bad. Actually, I beta tested v10.0 on a PowerMac 7500/100 with the original 601 chip at 100Mhz, no L2, and 80MB RAM with the onboard 2MB VRAM. That was still usable to an extent.
