Actually, I am. That's not the problem. Apparently, there's supposed to be
a file called firewall, in runlevel 2, that calls two scripts, both
S-somethings (like S40SuSEfirewall or similar), which are in two other
directories. Only, there ain't no "firewall" file in the runlevel 2
directory, and there aren't any S-prefix SuSEfirewall files. Does anyone
know where could they have gone, and how can I get them back?
TIA

[010524 14:20]: Can someone tell me which script runs SuSEfirewall ordinarily, and in which script the line running it is supposed to go? I did run the "new" SuSEfirewall rpm package (4.3 or something), and I'm wondering if that was what changed things (although it didn't replace my 2.6 firewall config file).
You should set the things in your rc.firewall.config file as 2.6 ->4.3 (actually grab the 4.6 from Marc's home page) things have changed a lot
