That is, because the KDE updates are not YET in "update" but in "update-test".
They however will sync out as official updates at any moment.
So those with 12.3 and no optional repos enabled will be getting upgraded from 4.10.0 to 4.10.2? Highest I see available now in kdebase4* is 4.10.0-1.8.1 (workspace).

From what I've read, the problem that's been detected and fixed has ramifications (pun intended) that are sufficiently severe they feel it's worth breaking the tradition of not releasing 'version upgrades' ... even minor ones ... through the normal updates channel, (which has always been the "updates" repository.)
