Therefore, just like in a computer class - I expect to see a VERY ELABORATE and DETAILED - written - procedure - on how to file a report.
I did in thread "Please, someone report these bugs and features" on this list. Not that is really necessary for ex-IT person, but it can be new to you and for your convenience I wrote it. So just check your past emails and see details. Apropos: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=629415 is in NEEDINFO status, waiting for your comment. https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=629416 is closed, RESOLVED as INVALID. As Repair System is depreciated from 11.3 on, you may want to go to the https://features.opensuse.org/ and request some form of replacement. Requesting "VERY ELABORATE and DETAILED - written - procedure", but then on another occasion, like in above bug reports, ignoring other people requests for information, doesn't present you like detailed person and consequently diminish your reputation. Waiving with your IT experience in this light doesn't help to improve your score. Ex-IT person should have more respect to other IT people. A bug reporting procedure is a lot better version then Bugzilla default, but whatever you find not intuitive and in need for further improvement you can file as enhancement request, or even usability bug, as it prevents one category of users to report bugs. Your insight, as inexperienced bug reporter, can be valuable to make procedure easier for non-technical users. -- Regards, Rajko -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
