Road-Runner was blocking incoming port 80 until recently as a virus
preventition. They blocked it at the perimeter, so I still saw
connects from rr.com addresses. Sounds like your ISP is doing the
same thing. You may be able to run Apache at another port. Or run a
HTTPS site at port 443, the standard HTTPS port.
