1) Start Yast from Application menu. (enter root passwork when asked) 2) Choose "Installation Source" 3) Choose "Add" ==> "HTTP" 4) Type in "Server Name" = "packman.iu-bremen.de" Type in "Directory on Server" = "suse/10.0" (CHANGE 10.0 to 10.1 if that's what your running) 5) Click "Enable" and "Refresh" 6) Choose "Finish" 7) Choose "Software Management" 8) In "Search" field type in "mplayer" and choose it. If you wan't you could also get: * mplayer-plugin for Firefox. * w32codecs-all 9) Choose "Accept" ==> Voila! (To play Music (mp3) and alike "Amarok" is the best. Amarok you install with "yast" ~as above.
