I have it running on 7 servers here plus my desktop, if it was causing a problem with the clock stopping a whole lot more people would be complaining. Alexy has a hardware or OS problem causing his machine to slow down to the point of freezing.
From the post, I had not clear if it is only the clock that is stopping, or if it is the whole system.
Any way, I see he says xntp is not running. I don't understand it, from what he posted the clock sems to go back at least one second once. -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
