I have a 14.8 MB .mov movie file on my wife's pc. (Suse 9.1)
My wife has asked me to split it into two smaller parts so she may E-mail it to her Mom.
I have read that mplayer/mencoder can do that.
Splitting a file with mencoder is said to be easy, "you just tell it to copy audio and copy video and stop at some position. You end up with a nice avi file"
I don't see that feature in the version of mplayer I just installed.
Anyone done this, please?
zipsplit Maybe? (zip first, then split) Winzip should be able to cat the files back together afaik. Theo -- Theo v.
