Well, I uninstalled nxserver and other "no-machine" related rpms and replaced with FreeNX from opensuse repos; things now back to "almost" normality.
Still remains jexec error in some cases, so I will try to investigate more, BTW, my Java is updated as per latest opensuse_JAVA repository.
