Ok, then... what should he do to repair it?
On my 11.0 system I did: sudo zypper ar http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Qt/openSUSE_11.0/ KDE:Qt That added the repository to my list of repositories. Then I did sudo zypper lu -t package to see what package get update. This step is actually not necessary for the overall process. And finally to do the update: sudo zypper up -t package That resolved my problem with a missing package after the announcement with the KDE:Qt repository requirement.
