Try to see with Wireshark (ex etheral). It is included in distro and even in very simple configuration can tell you what is wrong.

What happens if you move your adapter into the internal zone? (it is not pretty, but at least something. SFW has been a pain in the ass for years now if it concerns 'sharing'.
