He's been at this with the exact same message for some time time - he sends out this crap, then stops, and now he has started again.
What he also does is sends this to all mail lists (and newsgroups). Go to another mail list and you will find this same message (he hit Ubuntu a couple of days ago).
Now that you say it... yes, I think I have seen his name previously, with some very weird messages. The name was familiar but I did not remember why.
