So I think we must write a netiquette page of your own, to be able to have rules, accepted rules and rule to wich we could redirect inquiries

I begun very roughly the page. you may (you must :-) enhance it; Use the discussion page associated to any controversy. even, if you think a variant advice is worth, use "::" colons to indent your contribution.
pflodo, if you read me, do you have a "controversial" template (I don'y know exactly what name to use) to flag the page at top?
this page should be edited as long as necessary before becoming "the rule" :-)
