I can post the procedure I wrote till yesterday, but I'm stuck on what

I have submitted a bug report about the missing
mkiss module, and got the following response which I added a further
comment and pushed back on -

CONFIG_HAMRADIO was set off already in Leap 15.0,
so it's nothing new
in Leap 15.1.
We've disabled drivers that appear almost unused at upgrading to the
version, and this was one of the results, I suppose.
But they are enabled in 15.1
