Hum, it's an english mailing list (the e stands for english) and there is a german one (suse-linux@suse.com if I'm not wrong). Anyway, check on drbd's mailing list because I remember some problem between one of the last drbd's version and some suse's kernel. I don't know whether you use an rpm or compile drbd, but if you compiled it by hand (there is a reference to 'uname -r'). For version 0.6.x, the instructions are: build the module l# cd drbd-0.6.13/drbd # kernel module sub directory l# make clean all BTW, this expects the kernel source to be in /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build == Build DRBD user space tools == # cd /usr/src/drbd-0.6.13/user # make == Install it == If the above steps went ok, you just need to install it. all# cd /usr/src/drbd-0.6.13 all# make install Gaël suse <suse@hochschulverband.de> wrote on 23/02/2005 13.03.10:

der aktuelle SMP-Kernel (Suse Yast Autoupdate) der Suse 9.2 scheint sich
nicht mehr mit drbd zu vertragen. Wenigestens connecten die Maschinen nach einem Upgrade nicht mehr (/proc/drbd)
Gibt es noch jemand mit demselben Problem?
