Me too had a similar problem with Sax not recognizing a second head. I have two cards, one Matrox G450 DH (Dual head AGP) And one older MAtrox Mill (PCI)
As SuSE10 installs it gives me a nice dual head setup. on Screen 1 and 3 The second head on the G450 is not recognized. It is fairly easily handhacked in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, but its a little sad that Sax still cant "get it right"..
Another "me too" post :-( I just went through HELL trying to get my dual head ATI card working. I've never had much success with the ATI binary driver (fglrx) but with the radeon driver it wasn't taht hard in previous releases... define two video cards and a little tweaking here and there and it worked. But... what happpened in SUSE 10? Where in SAX can you even change the video driver? I know how to do it by editing my xorg.conf file directly, but.... I fire up SAX and it allows me to change optiosn on the card, but I can't see any way to change drivers. Hav I missed something... no way to manually add a second card. What happend? C.
