I've said it before: information retrieval is getting more and more important. I'm afraid it might be not enough sometimes to only tell a man to fish. Some people need a fishing-howto (better said: search-howto). OTOH, sometimes it is indeed better to give them the fish^H^Hx they need.
Don't forget, today's 'noob' is tomorrow's guru.
