Hello, and thank you for your reply. However, nether one of these devices you've mentioned below provide a good power efficiency. For example, my old organizer SHARP WIZARD OZ-570 could run on two AA batteries for 100 hours. Practically, I was changing batteries once every six months. Modern PDA require its batteries recharge in average just after three hours of moderate usage. Which is not what I can or want to do when I'm on the run. So question is remaining about power efficient organizer synchronizable with Linux. Thanks. Alex ------------------- the the bank
