Hi!
:Is there any package on linux that allows me to capture part of screen and save it in a jpeg format for :future print?
I am partial to screen-shooter. http://www.tomgilbert.freeserve.co.uk/screenshooter.html
KDE's is called ksnapshot.
I am sure you could dig up more with a quick search of freshmeat.
Cheers, Thom
